How an Andys Beef Jerky Fundraiser Works

Below is a quick summary of how a fundraiser with Andys works:

  1. Customer calls or emails Andys Beef Jerky to setup sale/delivery dates and is given all the information needed.  Each of our customers choose a date and time for delivery.  We suggest that each group sells for about 2-3 weeks and then receives the delivery 7 - 14 days after their sale ends, depending on size of order.
  2. Start-up kit is sent via email,  to the chairperson including order forms and all other chairperson information.
  3. Chairperson receives the startup kit, reviews all information and then provides each seller/participant with an Order Form, cover letter explaining important dates and how to provide information to the chairperson for ease of management.
  4. Each participant then takes the package to their friends, neighbours, workplace and relatives to create sales.  Participants record sales on their order form.  Orders are tallied on the order form and collection envelope.
  5. Participants collect the money when they take the order.  All cheques or money orders are made out to the organization (check is made out to the organization so that they have their profits upfront) and are placed in the collection envelope.
  6. The sellers must keep the order form (to distibute jerky to buyer later) and turn in the collection envelopes to the chairperson on the specified date.  The chairperson then tallies orders per participant to make sure quantity matches amount collected and then calls in or emails Andys Beef Jerky with order a minimum of 7 days prior to delivery date.  Payment is also collected this time less profits. (Etransfer or credit card)   Credit cards are subject to current processing fees.  NSF cheques ar

  1. The order will be completed and packaged individually per seller/participant, shipped to arrive at pre selected delivery date. time and location that was requested by the chairperson.  We will gladly assist with unloading if applicable, but we do ask for volunteers to assist with unloading.  They count the order and verify everything is correct.
  2. All done,  Profits are already in the hands of the organization and the group's customers are enjoying Andys Beef Jerky.
